About Us
We accept the Scriptures of both the Old and New Testaments as the verbally inspired Word of God.  We believe they are the final authority for faith and practice.  We accept the Authorized King James Version of the Bible to be the preserved Word of God and use no other translation.  Furthermore, we accept the Bible as being infallible and free from error of any sort in all matters with which it deals.  (Ex. 4:10-15; II Tim. 3:16; Heb. 4:13; II Peter 1:20-21)

We believe in the creation of the universe and all living things including man by a direct act of God.  We also believe that his creation process took place in the six literal 24 hour days as recorded in Scripture.  (Gen. 1:2-2:3, John 1:3, Heb. 11:3)

We believe in the fall of man and the subsequent sinfulness of the whole human race.  Man is incapable of personal salvation and/or good works before God, thus needing a Saviour.  (Gen. 3:15, 6:5; Psa 14; Rom. 3:10-23; Rom. 5:12)

We believe that God is triune.  We also believe that God manifests Himself in three persons:  (1) God the Father - Who is sovereign, eternal, and unchangeable in all attributes (2) God the Son - Who was incarnated and virgin born, lived a sinless life by which He provided a sufficient and substitutional death on the cross for the sins of the entire world.  Who was  resurrected from the dead and ascended to heaven, (3) God the Holy Spirit - Who is the third person of the Godhead, Who convicts, regenerates, indwells, seals all believers in Christ and gives spiritual gifts to all believers. (Gen. 1:26; Deut. 6:4; Matt. 3:16-17; II Cor. 13:14; Matt 1:18; Luke 1:35, John 1:14)

We believe in the existence of a being called Satan, who is evil and the father of evil.  He acts in malicious ways tempting and accusing the brethren.  For him, the Lake of Fire was created.  This literal place of conscious torment shall be his final and eternal abode along with all who die without accepting Christ as their personal Saviour.    (Gen. 3:4; Job 1:6-12; Matt. 4:1-11, 25:14; John 8:44; I Thess. 3:5; I Cor. 7:5)

We believe that both repentance and faith are involved in a persons salvation:  repentance in that man turns to God from sin; and by faith a person is saved by putting their faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, receiving Him as their Saviour.  We believe that a person is saved by grace through faith.  (Eph. 2:8-9; John 3:16; Rom. 5:1; Rom. 6:23; Rom. 10:13)

We believe that once saved, man is kept by God's power and is thus secure in Christ forever. (John 6:37-40; 10:27-30; Rom. 8:1; 38-39; I Cor 1:4-8; I Pet. 1:4-5)

We believe that man is justified by faith alone and that he is accounted righteous before God only through the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ.  Personal salvation from the eternal penalty of sin is provided solely by the grace of God through the atoning death and resurrection of Christ.  Furthermore, salvation is received only through personal faith in His person and work.  (Rom. 3:20-24; 5:1-11; Gal. 2:16, 3:26; I John 3:2)

We believe that the local church, which is the bride of Christ, is solely made up of born-again, baptized believers.  We also believe in the autonomy of the local church and its freedom from any external authority or control. (I Cor. 12:12-14; II Cor. 11:2; Eph. 1:22-23; 5:25-27; Acts 13:1-4; 15:19-31; 20:28; Rom. 16:1, 4: I Cor. 3:9-16; 5:4-7, 13; I Pet. 5:1-4)

We believe that the evangelization of the world through the witness of every believer in Jesus Christ is God's plan for this age and is our Great commission.  Local churches are to be established and are the means of accomplishing His purpose.  (Matt. 28:18-20; Mark 16:15; Acts 1:8)

We believe that man is to be loyal to God, to country, and to government.  (I Tim. 2:1; Rom. 13:1-2, 7; I Peter 2:13)

We believe that the only legitimate marriage according to the Bible is that of one man and one woman.  (Gen. 2:24: Rom. 7:2; I Cor. 7:10; Eph. 5:22-243
